First, I Love your blog's name. Very clever & cute. I do have quite a few crock pot favorites. E-mail me at amhend@hotmail.com & I'll give you my best(s!). <br /><br />One that is always useful & easy is Crock pot tacos. You put 3 chicken breasts (can be frozen), a jar of salsa, a can of black beans, and a can of corn in the crockpot. Cook 6-7 hours. Shred the chicken when it's tender. I usually add some cumin & splurge at times with cream cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Serve in tortillas or just in a bowl.
