I wait for our bananas to get ripe just so I can bake with them. Bliss.
YUM! The last time I made banana bread we ate both loaves in less than 2 days, yikes!
Oh, and I put ripe bananas in our whole wheat waffle mix too.
I can smell 'em from here.
Bananas stay good for like one day.
