a study of life's little things...
I felt bad leaving a comment. I am relatively new to SPT, and yet have decided not to participate this month. Very American theme, and I do think it is important to be Patriotic, so I can to see what others had to say, but felt guilty since I myself was not participating.
I left a comment, but I came to check who else had posted several times, so that might be throwing off your counters too. I was here at least half a dozen times to see what else had been added.
Ha- that is funny. I came and saw and meant to take my picture but the day got away from me and now it is raining today...excuses, excuses.
With the SPT I come to your blog over & over all day to see who else did the spt. I don't leave a comment though...
I know what you mean Lelly...not about the 250 hits (mine doesn't even come close to that) but most of the time only about 1/4 or less of the people comment after visiting.I try to be diligent about my commenting...isn't that what this is all about!?!If I've visited a site for the first time, I ALWAYS leave a comment and introduce myself...I wish others would too. It takes a little time but so worth it.
250?? Wow! I guess there are always more visits than comments -- WAY more.
I am soooo glad I left a comment...oh the guilt if I hadn't. Of course I did come back a couple times during the day to check out others SPT's so that might be throwing the numbers off a bit.
Ha! I feel like that every day. I got up this morning and had 20 views and one comment. . . makes me say hmmm as well.
I am guilty! I didn't comment and I am so sorry! I will do better! I hate when people don't leave comments...yet here I am...one of THOSE people!
Your readers are so busted! I can't believe I wasn't one of your lookers yesterday either. I'm still working on my summer MoJo. But commenting now just so your numbers go up.Hi Lelly! Don't forget to go to the store to get toothpaste!
Yep! The story of my life too??!!? Crazy huh? I was not here yesterday but I am here today so I am leaving a comment just for you :o)
I gotta agree with Bren. I probably came to your sight 5 x on Tues to see what everyone had done. I only commented once though.
Whew, pretty sure I left a comment. Although I have been back several times to see if someone new posted. 250 that is great. I am excited for 17, and I don't get that many comment either. :-)
Ahhhh, yes. I feel so much the same way. I posted on it a while back and wanted to know just what those 175 to 250 people were doing everytime they "visited" me?I have so much more to comment on with your blog...I think I will e-mail ya!Have a wonderful Thursday!Adios Amigo.
...that should say...Adios AmiGA!
I love your Oh the Humanity label, I may have to swipe it!
I don't know if I visited yesterday, but I'm here today!!! Hi lelly---250? that's a ton- wow. I really love comments myself & I am bummed when I don't have any. Why is that?? I am feeling bad that I haven't done spt in a while. I will one of these days..... I love the patriotic june list too!! You're awesome with that. How's the hotel business? I wish I was coming to visit!
Hi, I am one that doesn't comment, but comes to your site regularly. Sorry, I love your posts, but I feel I don't have anything interesting to add. I will make an effort to comment more.
I so know the feeling! I had a day like that last week :(
Ok - you got me, I visited 232 times and didnt leave a message so I am leaving one now!!!! I check in on your post most days and I have to admit I dont always leave a comment, but I love your post and promise to at least leave a "hello I visited" comment from now on so you know how loved you actually are!!!Have a great weekend - from Australia.........xxx
:) :) :)(Does that count as a comment?) Just here checking SPT's . . . hopefully I'll do a double-SPT next week to make up for this week's.
I'm a suspect too. I popped in a few times to see some SPTs, but didn't leave my mark. :)
I was dashing through to link, but didn't have time to comment...I really hate the discrepencies between my stat counter and my comment numbers too.Oh the humanity, indeed.
I used to look at my stat counter all the time in confusion as well, but now I never look. It would be interesting to know who is reading regularly that you DON'T know about though...a definite "hmmmmmmm".
whew, glad to know i wasn't a lurker on that day.i was in full-tilt "last day of school/leaving on a jet plane" crazy that day.
