That seems like a whole lot for one soul to measure up to. No wonder the job is vacant. Maybe the applicant is just waiting for the busy season to roll into a new kind of normal then she'll burst forth better than ever.
Good luck!
Have you ever read Judy Syfers essay: Why I want a wife? It's so appropriate!
Good luck finding her. My husband would like someone like that too!!!
You should be sleeping & getting well deserved rest!
That is a hard position to fill. The person to fill that will be amazing. :-)
No one's qualified for that job! I'd stop looking for her.
This is great Lelly. I really don't know how you're able to work full time AND run your home. Both are full time jobs!!
I have a hard time fulfilling my one full-time job {at home} and can't imagine trying to fulfill two! You might need a vacation at a nice Hampton Inn somewhere.
as always, clever and well written and so, so, SO understood.
I need to run an ad too since I seem to have been missing for a couple of weeks :)
Loved this post Lelly...I say that if the benefits are good (lots of breaks, personal and vacation days, etc.) and the position pays well, it will be a lot easier to fill! :)
You sound a little stressed. Maybe the expectation for the applicant is a little high! See what you can do to lighten her load and it may be filled sooner than you think!
Can you believe how wonderful and irreplacable you are?
