christmas eve 2.5 mile run in the morning, to get my head prepared for the day. i really can't decide if i'm a morning runner, or an evening runner.
total time 43:04 with 38 minutes of running.
total distance 2.5 miles, which really has me stressing out about my pace. i'm running waaaay slower than the turkey trot, 6 weeks ago!! like three minutes/mile slower!! i should not be stressed out about this, right?!?
this was my first day of walk 1/run 7. i'm not getting winded at all - feels like a "conversational pace" (even though i'm not talking to anybody...). do i need to step it up? how do i make myself step it up???
