another crack of dawn training session, and i'm coming to believe that those might just be my favorite. it is soooo peaceful and quiet (and COLD!!)
off to a slow start - i really felt like i was shuffling, not running. but once i limbered up a little, i started to enjoy the pace. the run 2 segments seemed much easier than they did even just 2 days ago. i did walk 1/run 2 the entire route, which put me at a total of 20 minutes running time! THAT feels awesome.

not the greatest pace, but i consider it to be one of my better workouts so far.
