can you believe it was 76 degrees today?!? bring on the spring!
i definitely felt it when i was running. i've been doing a pretty good job of dressing for the weather, which usually means adding a few layers. today, though, i think i added one layer too many. oh, well. i think i remember reading a tip that says you should dress like it's 10 degrees warmer than it really is, to account for the rise in your body temp when you're exercising. (so, yesterday i should have dressed like it was 86!!) oh, no... i'm going to have to come up with a *shorts* solution...
total time 33:16 at walk 1/run 13. my first mile was sluggish, but i felt better in the final 1 1/2.
