spt - pick me up

i'm feeling a bit grouchy. i woke up this morning with a frown, and it's been difficult to shake. it's not helpful that i've been working with spreadsheets all day (if you know me at all, you know how draining this is for me.) i have a few tools in my kit to help me deal with days like this, because i really, really don't like to walk around like a grumplestiltskin.

i keep these aromatherapy sprays in my office. i don't know how effective they are, but they smell nice. (i don't know what it says about me that the *balance* spray is the one that gets used the most...) today, i definitely reached for the *revitalize*.

my office smells pretty now, but i don't know that i feel any better about the spreadsheets. let me just check back in my toolkit for something more effective...

what do you turn to when you need a quick "pick me up?"

Sorry to hear you are having a not so good week. Hopefully the "pick me up" what ever that may be will help give you that extra boost!

Hey Lelly,
I'm so sorry to hear you had that type of day.. I work for a fertilizer company & with a welcomed spring approaching it will be slammed. When I feel totally wiped & frustrated, I will got to NeighborJanes (I call Janey Paney's) Blog. I know her personally, and honestly have never met a women who is so calmiing & kind find good about everything. I usually leave feeling refreshed... I know you read her blog.. Spray your sprays, take a deep breath & go read Neighbor Jane.....

i am always completely unprepared for those days, and i dont' have any aromatherapy sprays sitting in the sidelines waiting to save me. if i can ponder on this question and find an answer this coudl be the most valuable spt ever!

I had fun getting caught up on your blog! That message in a bottle is something else! How cool! I got a good laugh about the request for non-candy items, followed by the sucker! What the heck was that all about? I also got some great ideas for future V-days! You are so creative!!!

This will be a fun SPT to do, but also to read for ideas! :)
